Sherin & Darcy’s Sneak Peak
Here’s a little preview from Sherin and Darcy’s February 26th wedding.
More to come soon….
Jade & Jonny
I’d been looking forward to Jade & Jonny’s wedding for a while. Jade is one of the carers that looked after my little girl at daycare and she is just beautiful, inside and out, all the kids at daycare love her! Jade and Jonny were getting married at Entally Estate, just outside of Launceston. Stunning location. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn’t co-operating. It drizzled consistently throughout the day and the red dirt that paved Entally Estate’s pathways do not go well with a white wedding dress! We looked past the rain. Here was a couple who were so much in love and were making their little family official. Their little boy Jordan was a cheeky one, and obviously a fan of Chuppa-chupps – who isn’t? It was an emotional day as Jenna, Jade’s sister, was supposed to be there but was unable to be. I teared up during the speeches a couple of times. Anyway, I wish Jade, Jonny and Jordan a life filled with love, laughter and cheeky little grins.
Thank you for letting me share such a beautiful day xx
Belinda & Stuart’s Wedding
Belinda and Stuart had a warm but beautiful day when they were married at Grindelwald Lakeside Chapel on January 22nd. I LOVED Belinda’s dress – I’m a sucker for ruffles – and the colour of the bridesmaids’ dresses were gorgeous! As I had my father John from JD Wedding Photography along as my “assistant” it was a great day.
Congratulations to you both Belinda and Stuart, I wish your little family every happiness for the future xx
Susan & Simon
Susan and Simon became Mr & Mrs on January 8th at Latrobe Anglican Church before celebrating at The Axeman’s Hall of Fame. We headed up to The Bluff lighthouse for some photos before being entertained by Slipstream Circus at the reception. It was a fantastic night and so heartwarming to see two families become one aka The Joneses!
Congratulations Susan and Simon, you are so gorgeous together and I wish your whole family years of love and laughter xx
Kelly & Rienzie Wedding
Kelly and Rienzie got married on October 29th at Rosevears Estate.
We were worried that we were going to get rained on as the clouds gathered but thankfully they were kind to us. These two giggled throughout the entire ceremony, they were just so obviously happy about becoming husband and wife. But they also had a surprise up their sleeves…..At the reception, Kelly and Rienzie announced that they were pregnant. You wouldn’t believe it, but Kelly’s parents had stopped in at Best & Less that morning and bought them a present for their little surprise. Who surprised who more?
Congratulations to you both, I know that you’re going to have a wonderful life together with all the love and support that surrounded you on your wedding day.
I was very envious of some the guests’ shoes. As the bride and groom had come over from Melbourne, so had a lot of their guests and of course their shoes were fabulous!

Linda & Michael Wedding
Here’s some more photos from Linda and Michael’s wedding on October 16th 2010. After a Launceston ceremony, we headed out to the Tamar Valley Resort for some photos. I had to include the photo of the two little flowergirls in the church. See all the people with cameras clicking away? These two nearly stole the show – what stars they were!
Anyway Linda and Michael, I wish you both every happiness in the world.
Kelly & Rienzie Sneak Peak
Here’s a sneak peak from Kelly & Rienzie’s wedding on October 29th. They came over with some close family and friends from Melbourne and made a long weekend of it. They said “I do” and Rosevears Vineyard and then announced at the reception that they were pregnant! More pics in a few weeks…………
Carlene & Darren’s Elopement Wedding
Here’s a couple more pics from Carlene and Darren’s wedding from September 30th. They decided to “elope” from Queensland with their four kids in tow and traveled round Tasmania in a campervan. Before going back to the warmth, they chose to make it official at Grindelwald. As you can see, it was a strong and cold wind that greeted us that day. And see the wedding ring? That was the last time we saw it before it fell through the floor of the gazebo and went “plonk” into the lake! It was Darren that dropped Carlene’s ring, but they weren’t fazed by it a bit! Back home in Queensland, Carlene’s grandfather made up for the disappearing ring by giving her Carlene’s grandmother’s ring to wear. Such a beautiful gesture.
Naomi & Attila Wedding
Now that Naomi and Attila have received their album, I can share some more images from their wedding day. They got married on October 2nd and announced that evening that they were pregnant. It was fantastic news that topped off a beautiful day.
Naomi & Attila Sneak Peak
This is my absolute favourite photo from the wedding of Naomi and Attila on October 2nd. We had to drive from Launceston to Matthina, and we were about an hour late due to the Navman and we managed to sneak this shot in just before the sun disappeared behind the hill. More shots to come soon…..
